Sales & Marketing Admin

General Description: Provides administrative support for Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service Work Groups, and Dealer Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing, Product Management & Customer Service Administration

  • Performs various administrative tasks for Marketing work groups.
  • Generates, formats, and distributes monthly reports.
  • Attends branch and company events as determined by Marketing Manager.
  • Assists in preparation and execution of special promotional and developmental events as needed and directed by Marketing Manager.

Sales Support

  • Maintains territory geography spreadsheet & Account Manager assignments by territory ZIP.
  • Assists and coordinates factory tour and off-site training registrations and travel.

Dealer Management

  • Maintains current product literature and manages literature requests from branches, account managers and customers.
  • Creates and disseminates individual customer sales reports on a monthly or quarterly basis to support Strategic Alliance partners.
  • Manage DocuSign Dealer Contract process to verify all contracts are being processed correctly.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing
