Web Order Entry Questions

  • Do I have to enroll to use Web Order Entry?

    Yes, enrollment is required because Web Order Entry provides your company-specific pricing, and regional product availability. If you are not enrolled in Web Order entry, you can click the link below to request access. This service is available to HVAC customers only.
  • How late in the day can I place a web order and still get it the next day?

    For in-stock items, web orders placed by 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be delivered to you the next business day.
  • When placing an order, do I need to change the order status?

    Yes. To complete your order, change the status from "Bid" to "Call When Complete." When orders are in "Bid" status, we assume you are just looking for a quote, rather than placing an order. "Call When Complete" commits available inventory to your order and pushes the request to us for fulfillment.
  • Can I place an order on Web Order and have it shipped to a job site?

    Yes, you just need to: 1. Enter the job site address in the shipping information field when you check out; 2. Provide a job site contact name and phone number in the shipping instructions field on the checkout screen; and 3. Change the status of your order from "Bid" to "Call When Complete." This information will allow us to deliver to your job site, and reach out for questions if we have difficulty finding the specific site. "Call When Complete" status commits the available inventory to you.
  • Can I place an order through Web Order and have it held for future shipment?

    Yes, you just need to: 1. Put a note in the shipping instructions field on the checkout screen that says "Tag & Hold", "Will Call to Release", or the specific date that you would like the delivery to ship (ie "Ship on 1/1/20"); and 2. Change the status of your order from "Bid" to "Call When Complete."
