Daikin Announces Cloud Services Automatic Account Creation

We are pleased to announce automatic Cloud Services account creation for all loyalty program dealers. On January 16, 2025, Program Application Process (PAP) and Cloud Services will be synchronized with one another, and all loyalty program dealers that do not have a Cloud Service account will automatically have their account created. An invitation will be emailed to the dealer contact listed on the loyalty program application with instructions to complete the Cloud Services account activation. After January 16, 2025, PAP and Cloud Services will be kept synchronized with one another and email invitations will be sent out daily.
This new account creation process will help ensure all loyalty program dealers have accounts created within 48 hours of PAP approval, will help eliminate duplicate data entry and manual processes to add new loyalty program dealers to Cloud Services, and will help ensure accurate reporting by division, distributor, and Territory Sales Manager (TSM).
After a dealer’s account is created in Cloud Services a member of their management team must activate their account using the unique registration code emailed to them when the account is created. Once an account is activated, the dealer can invite employees and customers to join Cloud Services and utilize its capabilities on all qualifying installations. This process is for Daikin and Amana® brand Cloud Services, but also will synchronize account creation for Private Label dealers who utilize Amana brand Cloud Services.

To whom at my dealer was the invitation email sent?
Invitations are sent to the contact email that was listed in the loyalty program application field: “EMAIL”
What if the email address is wrong and/or the person does not work at the company any longer?
Dealer registration is not tied to the email address that the invitation was sent to. Another member of the dealer’s management team can register their account by using their registration code at the Cloud Services website:

How do I find my dealer’s registration code?
Typically, registration codes are the dealer’s business 10-digit phone number that was provided on the loyalty program application. This can be found in PAP, Salesforce, or on the loyalty program application.
What if the business phone number does not work to activate the account?
Verify the business phone number listed in PAP and/or Salesforce. If that number does not work, contact the Cloud Services support team at:

Why wouldn’t a dealer’s phone number work?
If the phone number doesn’t work, it indicates that multiple accounts have the same phone number that the dealer listed on their loyalty program application. This can happen after a dealer or PE group rolls up other dealer(s), or if there is a typo made when the phone number is entered into the loyalty program application.
