Daikin Enhances HVAC Learning Campus Training Platform

Daikin announced the completion of its redesign of the HVAC Learning Campus that will serve as the single training source for all Daikin, Amana®, and Goodman Manufacturing brand products. The enhanced training platform will be live for all users beginning Monday, August 19, 2024.

This enhanced training platform combines all training courses from Daikin Technical Training and Daikin Sales Training into one location, enabling all users to utilize this single website platform. All training linked within Daikin City and other websites will be redirected to the HVAC Learning Campus platform to provide a better overall user experience compared to the previous platforms. This change will also include discontinued availability of the Daikin University website.

The redesigned training platform provides multiple enhancements compared to the previous platform:

• Simplified and improved user navigation
• Training calendar and training resources access without a username and password
• Training calendar visibility of all upcoming scheduled training courses
• Training calendar filtering by date range, brand, product, training type, training topics, and method of training, providing individualized training needs
• Expanded training course details help identify the right training course
• Single sign-on (SSO) allows user management of log-in across other Daikin platforms
• Users with active username and password will continue to use their existing credentials
• New users can easily create an account, using SSO to register for courses

We recognize a great need for product and business training during this time of significant changes to our products and within the industry. We believe the enhanced training platform will enhance our customers’ ability to easily find and complete the training they desire.
