Points Program Enrollment Request

    • Enrollment.
      • Enrollment is free through this web page for HVAC Distributors customers with accounts in good standing and a W-9 on file with HVAC Distributors. At this time, enrollment is limited to one employee per company. Employees of HVAC Distributors, its manufacturer partners and their immediate family are not eligible for this program.
    • Qualifying Product.
      • Qualifying products are orders that are placed and invoiced within a given month, less returns, from HVAC Distributors to accounts in good standing. Qualifying products do not include Plan and Spec jobs, product directly invoiced from the manufacturer or job quotes. Customers may elect to participate in sales promotions and participate in this incentive. However, promotional purchases will not count toward the points program.
    • Points.
      • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration. Points cannot be transferred to another account or person. Points are awarded as 1 point per $1 of qualifying product purchased from HVAC Distributors. Points are earned starting with the month of approved enrollment. Points can be redeemed at any time, up to the amount of available points in your rewards account. Rewards are subject to 1099 reporting. Unused points expire 2 years from the date of issue. Unused points are forfeited if a customer closes its account with HVAC Distributors.
    • Reporting.
      • Earned points will be updated on this site by the 10th of each month.
    • Program.
      • Program may be discontinued at any time.
