Thermo Pride Announces Spirit Oil Furnace Warranty Extension

Thermo Products Inc (Thermo Pride and Spirit oil furnaces and Thermo Pride mobile home furnaces) has announced a significant upgrade to the warranty of Spirit Oil Furnaces.

Background:Spirit 10 Year Warranty

  • The warranty on Spirit oil furnaces has historically been a 5-year parts warranty.
  • Thermo has upgraded the warranty on Spirit oil furnaces to 10-years on the parts (affected models shown at right).
  • The warranty applies to units manufactured after 9/30/24.

Federal Tax Credit:

Two of the furnace models (in BOLD at right) qualify for the federal 25C tax credit (30% of the homeowner cost, up to $600).
