Race Night Dates:

Getting to the Racetracks:
- BAPS Motor Speedway – 690 York Rd, York Haven, PA 17370
Parking:
- All racing events are general parking.
- There is a reserved parking area for the BAPS racing event. View our reserved parking area here.
Locate HVAC Distributors at the Track:
- BAPS Motor Speedway Map. Check back at a later date to view this map.
- Tickets will be distributed at “Pavilion” located on the map.
- There is a reserved parking area for this racing event. View our reserved parking area here.
Food and Beverage:
- HVAC Distributors will provide all attendees with food, soda, and water.
- All racing events are BYOB.
- Please make us aware of any dietary restrictions ahead of time.
- At the BAPS racing event, attendees will be given a food voucher.
Weather Information:
- If any race is rescheduled or canceled, HVAC Distributors will inform attendees accordingly via the email address they registered with. Your Account Manager will also reach out via phone call.
