Qualifying Equipment:
- Select Smart Thermostats
- Select Air Source Heat Pumps
- Select Heat Pump Water Heaters
Reimbursement:Â The homeowner must apply online at: https://www.efficiencysmart.org/product-rebates/online-rebate-form
Application Deadline: All rebate requests must be postmarked or emailed within three months of purchase date and no later than January 7 of the following year.
Documentation Required:
- Complete the online rebate form, or download a printable form and mail it in.
- Enclose or attach a copy of your dated sales receipt along with the rebate form.
Energize Delaware
Eligible Areas: Delaware Power Electric & Gas Customers, City of Dover Customers

Rebate Type: Consumer (To participate in the program, property owner must receive a home energy audit conducted by an approved Energize Delaware auditor/contractor or Energy Advisor)
