Pennsylvania Rebates

EAP (Electrical Association of Philadelphia)

Eligible Areas: Residential customers in the Philadelphia area (Contractors must enroll in the program)

Program Timeline:

  • Start of Program/Contracts may not be signed before Monday, August 23, 2021**
  • Contracts must be signed by Friday, November 12, 2021
  • Systems must be installed by Friday, December 3, 2021

Rebate Type: The Contractor and the Distributor equally share the cost of the rebate; 50% Contractor and 50% Distributor. The Distributor will reimburse contractors 50% of the rebate amount as an account credit within 15 days of receiving claim form from EAP.

Reimbursement: The Contractor must file a claim with The EAP to receive the remaining 50% of the rebate amount from the distributor. Participating contractors will receive a claim form for submittal or can submit claims online.

Application Deadline:  All contractor claim forms must be received by the EAP by December 10, 2021.

Documentation Required:  Contractors must include the full EAP rebate amount on invoice and deduct it from the amount charged to the customer. Be sure the full rebate amount is included on the customer’s invoice as “EAP Rebate.”
