Washington Gas

Eligible Areas: This rebate is available to Virginia/Washington Gas service area customers. All equipment purchased must be installed by a participating contractor.

Program Dates: Ongoing

Rebate Type: Consumer

Qualifying Equipment:

  • $300 – $400 for qualifying ENERGY STAR® certified furnaces
  • $400 – $700 for qualifying ENERGY STAR® certified boilers

Reimbursement:

  • Homeowners can find a participating contractor on Washington Gas Home Energy Savings Contractor Network.
  • The participating contractor will install qualifying high-efficiency equipment.
  • The homeowner will receive the rebate on the contractor invoice or a via check in the mail within six to eight weeks.

Application Deadline: Ongoing

Documentation Required: Contractor must submit the rebate application for the homeowner. Begin the application process.
