Because your system has not been installed, you do not need to submit a warranty request. Just contact your Inside Salesperson or branch location and we will work with you to correct the problem promptly.
Please return all packing materials with the damaged equipment. If the packing materials were torn, trashed or discarded, please consider returning the replacement equipment packaging with the unit.

The removal and replacement of installed equipment is not covered under most manufacturer warranties. The manufacturer expectation is for you to repair the installed equipment using replacement parts.
If you have a piece of equipment that cannot be repaired properly without removing and replacing the complete unit, please contact your Inside / Outside Salesperson or a Branch Manager prior to removing the equipment for further direction.
