New Swaging and Flaring Kits from Rectorseal

HVAC Distributors is now stocking tool kits for easier and faster lineset flaring and swaging.  Both kits from Rectorseal allow the use of a high RPM drill (minimum 2000 rpm, 12v cordless) to produce quality flares or swages in just seconds.

The Rectorseal PRO-Fit™ Precision Flaring Kit includes bits to fit 1/4”, 3/8”,  1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4” copper and aluminum tubing and comes with a durable carrying case to prevent losing pieces.

How does it work?

• First, it softens the material by heating it up via friction.
• Gentle pressure by the user forms the flare to the correct angle.
• The tool has a built-in stop to tell the user when the flare is complete.
