Daikin Launches One+ Smart Thermostat for Single and Multi-Zone Systems

Daikin has announced that the Daikin One+ smart thermostat now supports S21 single and multi-zone ductless systems via an over-the-air software update (v2.0.2) and the release of a new translation adapter. The thermostat and associated adapter are available in a bundled package (DTST-ONE-ADA-A) and replace the now obsolete ENVi thermostat.

Daikin One+ Features:

• High-res touch screen display is protected by the same toughened glass used in smart phones
• A thin LED light bar indicates the current system mode: red-orange for heating and blue for cooling
• Integrated WiFi connects to the internet and the homeowner mobile app
• Compatible with popular voice-activated speakers (i.e. Alexa, Google Assistant)
• Built-in temperature and humidity sensors
• Includes 2 dry contacts for controlling auxiliary devices
• Built-in bubble level aids professional installation
