New Goodman GSXB4 Condenser

As part of the continuing effort to get ready for the January 2023 efficiency upgrade, Goodman Manufacturing is introducing a new Goodman condenser, the GSXB4.  This is a new condenser and is not replacing anything. This unit is designed to complement the GSXN4, as the “long lineset” version.

Here’s how it compares with the GSXN4:

• It has a somewhat more powerful compressor to handle longer lineset runs.
• It is not compatible with applications that call for with horizontal coils + “Any EEP Furnace” matches.

Here’s how it compares with the GSXM4:

• It is available in the full size range, from 1.5 to 5 tons (GSXM4 is only 1.5 – 3 tons).
• It is not compatible with applications that call for horizontal coils and “Any EEP Furnace” matches.
