- Upload the receipt online and follow all online instructions to complete your entry.
- Free postcard entry:
- To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, write your full name, address, phone number, email address and your answer to the question below on a postcard.

- Check during the Sweepstakes Entry Period to find the answer to the question.
- Mail your postcard entry to Sensei RX PRO Appreciation Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 20596, New York, NY 10021. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2024, and received by August 7, 2024.
Prizes:
- (1) Grand Prize: A 2024 Ford F-150 Lariat (VRV of base model: US$57,480 or winner may choose to receive a US$50,000 cash option instead).
